Avoid the danger of overpaying for tickets by buying from scalpers. Always order your tickets directly from The Peace Center.

Accessibility

The Peace Center offers accessible seating in both The Peace Concert Hall and The Gunter Theatre. The Peace Concert hall offers elevators for access to all levels. Infra-red hearing devices are available for both halls. Please request these through the Box Office when placing your ticket order. For additional information, please call The Peace Center Box Office at 864-467-3000.

Ticket Exchanges and Refunds

Tickets to Peace Center sponsored productions are non-refundable. Broadway Subscribers may exchange to another night of the same show with at least 48 hours advance notice, subject to availability.

Children

Everyone who attends a show must have a ticket, including children. We do not recommend that you bring infants to performances.

Lost/Stolen Tickets

If you do not receive your tickets in the mail, or if they are lost or stolen, contact the Box Office immediately.

Refunds

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Ticket Mailing Process

If you order seven or more days before your performance, we will send your tickets by U.S. Postal System to your credit card billing address (please allow 7-10 business days for delivery). If you buy your tickets within seven days of the performance, we will hold your tickets at the box office. You can pick them up at the Will Call window, the night of the show.
