Coach Factory

The Roe Coach Factory, including the Founders’ Room and Shirley Roe Cabaret Theatre, is owned by The Peace Center and operated by Larkin’s on the River. For event information, please contact Larkin’s on the River at 864.467.3020.

The Founders' Room provides a wonderful atmosphere for business meetings, receptions, exhibits, and social functions. This casually elegant room will accommodate 125 people seated for dinner and 190 people standing.

The Shirley Roe Cabaret Theatre is custom made for parties. Complete with an intimate lighting and sound system, this spacious brick room was designed with a permanent bar that offers an entertaining environment for a variety of special functions: receptions, cocktail parties, award ceremonies, informal business meetings, and private parties. It comfortably accommodates 175 people. Large windows provide guests with a great view of the Reedy River and Peace Center Amphitheatre.
