Teen Poetry Reading
Celebrate the hard work and creativity of Peace Voices participants!
Throughout this semester, Peace Center Poet-in-Residence Glenis Redmond has challenged local students to study historical connections to the work that appears on the stage through letter poems and affirmation poems inspired byThe Color Purple, as well as Golden Shovel tribute poems.
Join them this Monday for a free reading of uplifting and truthful works from students from Greenville High School, Travelers Rest High School, Wade Hampton High School, Fine Arts Center, and Brashier Middle College at Greenville Tech.
