Dr. Kristin Pressley

Musical Theater Historian

Kristin Stultz Pressley is a musical theater historian and one of Broadway’s biggest fans. A passionate and energetic presenter, Pressley regularly speaks at theaters across the Southeast. She has also spoken at multiple BroadwayCon events in New York City and has served on the adjunct faculties of both Presbyterian College and Furman University. Having earned both her Masters and PHD in Theatre, Pressley’s ambition is to “educate theatregoers” and, in so doing, to “enhance theatergoing.” Her first book, a biography of lyricist and librettist Dorothy Fields, is set to be released in the fall of 2020.
