• 12 hour window for setup, execution, and breakdown
• Beverage minimum: $3,500 + 22% service fee
• Security services: $750 required
• Rental includes bar setup, bar glassware, and a dedicated Event Captain
• Tables and chairs included per existing floorplan
• 50% retainer required to reserve your date
• Catering provided by approved preferred vendors
• The Peace Center exclusively manages all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service
