Rental Details
• Capacity: 400 theater seating
• 12 hour window for setup, execution, and breakdown
• Security services: $750 required
• Beverage packages available
• Rental includes tables and chairs, bar setup, and a dedicated Event Captain
• Production services contracted through The Peace Center only; minimum labor required
• 50% retainer required to reserve your date
• Catering provided by approved preferred vendors
• The Peace Center exclusively manages all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service
