The Wyche is Greenville’s beloved building that’s become the icon of downtown photos. Complete your storybook event by adding the Wyche as a charming and historic annex to your main venue rental. Use this open space for dancing, drinks, photos, or as an al fresco ambient addition to your main event.
Rental Rates
• Rental Rate: $6,500
• 12 hour window for setup, execution, and breakdown
• Ceremony add-on with Coach Factory rental: $3,000
Rental Details
• Beverage minimum: $3,500 + 22% service fee
• Security services: $750 required
• Professional event support includes a dedicated Event Captain
• Tables, chairs, bar setup, and glassware not included
• 50% retainer required to reserve your date
• Catering provided by approved preferred vendors
• The Peace Center exclusively manages all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service
