Outdoor Concerts: Frequently Asked Questions
It’s an outdoor show, do I still need a ticket?
You do! And they go fast so you’ll want to reserve yours as soon as you can. Tickets can be purchased online at peacecenter.org, or by calling our Box Office at 864.467.3000.
Is there Accessible Seating available?
You betchya! The lawn and Genevieve’s are both accessible and we even have an outdoor elevator for easy-stage-access! For any questions or concerns, contact our Box Office at 864.467.3000.
How do I get to The Pavilion?
The main entrance gate is located at Graham Plaza at 300 South Main Street (at the top of the stairs between the Peace Concert Hall and Gunter Theatre). A secondary entrance gate is located on the west side of The Pavilion by the Huguenot Mill. There will not be an entrance gate by the Wyche Pavilion.
What time should I arrive?
Gates open 90 minutes before the scheduled performance. We recommend arriving early so you have time to get a drink and get settled.
Snacks and Beverages, you say?
If you get thirsty or hungry during the show, there will be beverages and light snacks available for purchase. Personal water bottles are permitted, but other outside food or drink is not allowed.
Is alcohol allowed at the show?
Beer and wine are available for purchase with a photo ID and wristband, but it must be discarded when you leave the site.
Genevieve's ticketholders have access to a full cash bar.
Are there restrooms close by?
There are. We have clean, non-portable, public restroom facilities right next to the stage!
My dog loves listening to music, can I bring him/her?
Even though we love animals, they’re not allowed on site while shows are going on. We do, however, make an exception for trained service animals.
Can I bring blankets/folding chairs/seat cushions?
Totally! The Peace Center doesn't provide these items so you’re welcome to bring them in to make your experience more comfortable.
It looks like rain! Will the show be canceled?
It depends on the show and the severity of the weather. The best thing to do is to monitor your inbox for an email from the Peace Center and check our website for updates. You can also give our Box Office a call at 864.467.3000 to find out about individual shows.
Is there a smoking section?
No. Smoking/vaping is prohibited at the Peace Pavilion and White Claw Concert Series.
I never want to forget this performance! Can I record it?
No. But we appreciate you asking first! Recording devices and professional cameras are not permitted inside the venue.
Am I able to get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable.
