Frequently Asked Questions

Here you’ll find the most frequently asked questions about coming to a show at the Peace Center, including questions about tickets, theater etiquette, logistics like parking, and more. We’ve got the answers as well as other information that will help make your experience here easy and enjoyable.

Ticket Questions

How do I buy tickets?

Purchase tickets through the Peace Center Box Office in person, by phone, online, or through the Peace Center app.

What happens if I buy my tickets from Stub Hub, Ticketmaster, or an online site that isn’t peacecenter.org?

Anytime anyone buys a ticket to a show at the Peace Center through a broker or third-party website (like Stub Hub or Ticketmaster), the tickets are considered counterfeit. Since we can’t guarantee the validity of third-party tickets, we don’t honor any tickets that aren’t purchased through the Peace Center Box Office

How and when will I get my tickets?

You’ll get your digital tickets delivered to your Peace Center account 48 hours before your show time. Access your account on our website or app.

What is a digital ticket/paperless ticket?

A digital ticket (a.k.a. paperless ticket) is the same thing as an “e-ticket.” Your show tickets arrive in your Peace Center account with a bar code that our ushers scan for your entry into the theater.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

All tickets sales are final, so no exchanges or refunds. The only exception is for our Broadway season subscribers, who get the perk of being able to exchange tickets for the same show without a fee. Single ticket buyers to Broadway may exchange tickets, but those exchanges incur a fee.

How do I transfer my digital ticket?

You have three options.

  1. Download the Peace Center app. 48 hours before the performance, tickets are available. Click the button at the bottom of each ticket that says “Share with a Friend.” Then, forward the tickets to them directly.

  1. Contact the Box Office at boxoffice@peacecenter.org to authorize a different guest to pick up tickets at will call. They will need to show their photo ID to collect the tickets.

  1. Screenshot or print your tickets’ QR codes and send them to your friend’s phone or email.

Does everyone need a ticket?

Everybody needs a ticket, even children small enough to sit on your lap. However, for the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that no one brings children younger than 5 years old to performances that are not specifically geared toward kids.

Do I need the Peace Center app?

Not necessarily, although it’s cool and you get perks as you use it. You can access your tickets from the app or from your Peace Center online account.

What if I lose my ticket?

The best thing about digital tickets is that you can’t lose them! Your ticket lives in your Peace Center account, which you create either online through peacecenter.org or on our app.

How do I reset my Peace Center account password?

Go to the “My Account” tab on peacecenter.org, then look for the “>Reset My Password” link under the login information boxes.

Is there a discount for buying tickets in a group?

Some shows offer a group sales discount, but not all of them do. Call the Box Office to find out if the show you want to see has a group ticket option.
