All ticket sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. If a performance goes on, there will be no refunds due to inclement weather, changes in the performers or show time, or for content. The Peace Center does not control or censor performances, so guests are responsible for researching the suitability of a show for their tastes prior to purchasing a ticket. Every person attending a show requires a ticket, including small children.

Only tickets purchased through our Box Office by phone, in person, on the Peace Center app, or online at peacecenter.org are considered authentic. Any tickets bought through a broker or third-party vendor (like StubHub or Ticketmaster) are considered counterfeit and may not be honored at the door. Ticket buyers purchasing directly from the Peace Center explicitly agree not to resell or permit another person to resell their tickets for commercial gain, including advertising the tickets for sale.

 

By acquiring a ticket for an event and/or seeking to attend an event at the Peace Center, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a ticket on behalf of someone else, you undertake to inform them of these General Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions notified at the time of sale. 

 

Theater Policies

• Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager and may not be available for all performance.
• Only bottled water purchased at the Peace Center is allowed in the theater, no other food or beverages.
• Recording, photographing, and using electronic devices are not allowed in any theater during a performance.
• For the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that no one brings children younger than 5 years old to performances that are not specifically geared toward kids.
