Just Added: Rainbow Kitten Surprise to play Peace Center Sept. 28

Greenville, S.C. – Rainbow Kitten Surprise brings North American Tour 2019 to the Peace Center on Saturday, Sept. 28, at 8 p.m.

Rainbow Kitten Surprise and all five of its members hail from the mountains of Boone, N.C. With chilling harmonies, dynamic instrumentation and introspective lyrics, their genre-defying sound takes influence from artists like Modest Mouse and Kings of Leon as much as Frank Ocean and Schoolboy Q.

Independently, they have more than 75 million streams across digital platforms and notched more than 45 sold out shows on their first U.S. headline tour. Their engaging and distinct live performances have led to stand out sets at festivals such as Bonnaroo, Firefly, Shaky Knees, Hangout, Sasquatch and Austin City Limits. The band worked with Grammy® Award-winning producer Jay Joyce (Cage The Elephant, Sleeper Agent) on their Elektra debut, How to: Friend, Love, Freefall, available everywhere now.

Tickets for the Saturday, Sept. 28, 8 p.m. performance by Rainbow Kitten Surprise are $30-$50 and may be purchased by calling 864.467.3000 or 800.888.7768, in person at the Peace Center Box Office or online at www.peacecenter.org. A limited number of VIP experiences are available for $99, including one ticket, access to a pre-show private performance, a meet and greet/photo opportunity, autographed lyric sheet, and commemorative laminate. Tickets go on sale to Peacekeepers beginning now and go on sale to the public on Friday, May 3, at 10 a.m. Service fees will apply to phone and online sales.
