The funky soul band St. Paul and the Broken Bones is headed to Greenville.

The critically acclaimed festival favorites, who have played Lollapalooza, Coachella and Bonnaroo, will perform at the Peace Center Dec. 13. Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. show are $35, and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.

St. Paul and the Broken Bones, who hail from Birmingham, Alabama, released their debut album, "Half the City," in 2014. The second album, "Sea of Noise," released last month, brought an expanded lineup and a heavier focus on songwriting, inspired by artists such as Tom Waits and Nick Cave.
