2030 Vision Plan

For 35 years and counting, the Peace Center has transformed Greenville, SC, into an ever-evolving community with a bustling downtown anchored by arts and entertainment.

In December 2019, the Board of Trustees approved the 2030 Vision Plan, a bold strategy to develop the Peace Center into a fully functioning ten-venue arts and entertainment campus by 2030.

In the years since, leadership, community partners, and Peace Center supporters have been making the vision a reality. In 2026, both The Mockingbird listening room and Coach Music Factory, a standing-room-only club-style venue, will open to the public. True to the 2030 Vision Plan, both spaces emerged from repurposing historic downtown Greenville buildings instead of tearing down history to build new structures.

We’re thrilled to see the 2030 Vision Plan coming to life. These expansions solidify the Peace Center as the heartbeat of the Upstate’s arts and entertainment scene, carving out a special niche for Greenville as a live music destination.

While there’s still yet work to do, we hope you’ll join us as we celebrate the important milestones until we fully realize the 2030 Vision Plan.
