Health and Wellness Policy

Out of concern for the health and wellness of our patrons, artists, staff and volunteers, the Peace Center will require proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, a positive COVID-19 antibody test or negative COVID-19 test for entry into both indoor and outdoor performances. For guidelines specific to children 17 years and under, please see below.

Taking care of you FAQs

Out of concern regarding the rising number of COVID-19 cases, the following health and safety measures are now in effect at the Peace Center.

What is required to attend a Peace Center performance?

The following is required:

Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19.

  • Proof may be presented via a digital photo or physical copy of your vaccination card.
  • Proof must be accompanied with a photo ID.

or

Proof of a positive COVID-19 antibody test.

  • Antibody tests must be dated and show your name.

  • A photo ID is required.

or

Proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the performance.

  • Negative tests must be dated and show your name.
  • A photo ID is required.

    Please note this policy is also in place for our outdoor performances.

Are there special policies regarding children?

Children 12 to 17 years of age must either:

  • Show proof of vaccination;
  • Show proof of a negative COVID-19 test that has been administered within 72 hours of the performance;
  • Show proof of positive antibody test;

or

  • Wear a mask at all times.

Children 5 to 11 years of age must either:

  • Show proof of a negative COVID-19 test that has been administered within 72 hours of the performance;
  • Show proof of positive antibody test;

or

  • Wear a mask at all times.

What is your mask policy?

Masking is recommended but continues to be a personal choice and is at the discretion of our guests.  However, children ages 5 to 11 who have not shown proof of a negative COVID-19 test and children ages 12 to 17 who have not shown a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination will be required to wear a mask.

I have a reservation in Genevieve’s, what should I expect?

Genevieve’s will open two hours prior to show time and will also require proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test for entry.

What other COVID-19 protocols will be in place?

  • All Peace Center staff and volunteers are 100% vaccinated and will be wearing a mask.
  • Surface disinfection happens before and after every performance.  Our theatres and lobbies are sanitized with an electrostatic sprayer using an EPA approved, biocide—designed to kill coronavirus on surfaces within minutes.
  • Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization systems have been installed in all air handler units throughout our buildings to filter bacteria and viruses.
  • The building’s HVAC system has been optimized to maximize ventilation and outdoor airflow.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the lobbies, restrooms, and backstage areas.
  • Touchpoints have been minimized including:
    • Apple Pay or Google Pay touchless payment options.
    • Digital ticketing.
    • Touchless restroom fixtures.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make every effort to provide you with an enjoyable experience while keeping you as safe as possible.
